Join us for our “Longest Day Educational Event” in support of Alzheimer’s Association on Tuesday, June 21 from 5-7:00 PM with guest speakers, Lori Horstman and Kristin Cherry. Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres will be served. Donations will also be accepted for the Alzheimer's Association's Longest Day Campaign.

Lori Horstman, Traditions Vice President of Cognitive Care, will discuss “How Traditions Is Improving Your Overall Brain Health.” Brain Health is the second most important factor for overall health. Lori will delve into the top 5 ways to maintain Brain Health in her informative presentation.

Are you being proactive for your health care future? Kristin Cherry, Traditions Vice President of Sales and Marketing, will take a deep dive into the steps you can take today to plan for your future. She will also discuss assisted living and how Traditions differs from skilled nursing homes.

Lori has a Bachelor's in Social Psychology and a Master’s in Geriatric Psychology and Family Studies from Miami University, as well as more than 25 years’ experience as a trainer, speaker, and educator, with a Dementia Care specialty. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, Certified First Responder Dementia Trainer, Certified Dementia Support Group Facilitator, Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional, and a Certified Teepa Snow PAC Trainer.

KRISTIN CHERRY
Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Kristin Cherry has a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology and a Masters in Counseling from Bowling Green State University. She has more than 20 years’ experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care sales management, sales program development and training.
