Kristen is an experienced Senior Living and healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in operating senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities. Kristen’s strengths include census development, resident and staff relations, establishing strong teams, new community start-ups, turnaround situations, as well as regulatory survey preparedness.
After being a homemaker for the past decade, Kristen is excited to jump into her new role at Traditions of Deerfield, continuing the tradition of Deerfield being an exceptional place for seniors to live and thrive.
“I am so excited to join the team at Traditions of Deerfield!” Kristen said. “I look forward to continuing to develop the staff and build a strong team to serve our residents. I cannot wait to meet and serve the residents and families at Traditions of Deerfield!”
Jodi Gorall, the Community Relations Director at Traditions of Deerfield, is new to the senior living field, but excited to get started!
"I have always been interested in a field that gives back; especially to our senior community,” Jodi said.
After going through a challenging experience with her father, Jodi was determined to find a position that would advocate for seniors.
