Traditions of Deerfield is offering a caregivers' support group for individuals caring for a loved one with cognitive memory loss, such as Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia, the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6-7pm in our Chapel. You may join at any time during the year. Please RSVP to Kellie Dempsey at [email protected] by the Friday before each meeting. We look forward to having you join us at these very special meetings.
