Meet Alicia Hill, our latest Featured Employee of the Month!
Alicia began her Traditions career as a Community Relations Director at Traditions of Deerfield and is now a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Deerfield.
Alicia has been with Traditions for a little over a year, but has already made a big impact. She enjoys spending time with residents and their families making sure they are healthy, comfortable, and thriving. One of her favorite things about working at Traditions of Deerfield is watching new residents move in, make new friends, and creating new Traditions together. “We have such a special group of people here,” she said.
"Alicia has a knack for connecting with people and providing outstanding customer service and helping them to feel heard,” said Kristen Kelly, Deerfield’s Executive Director. "She views all of our residents as her grandmas and grandpas, and she treats them and their families as such. She is a valuable asset to our team."
Alicia is engaged and enjoys spending time outdoors with her four sons, two daughters, and her dog Klaus.
